My late S-10 had the 2.8 V6 w/o cruise control, so I can't help
directly.
Victoria British has an S-10 catalogue that might be useful in the
future. Their order-desk people seem able only to take orders, not to
assist with questions, but they might be able to look up to see if there
is a throttle cable for your need.
