Does there exist anywhere - preferrably on the web - a
guide to how to remove the dashboard on an MGB
equipped with the "Abingdon Pillow" dash?

I'm having some difficulty figuring out how to get all
the gauges and knobs and so forth off. More
specifically, right now I'm having trouble figuring
out how to:

- Remove the choke knob.
- Remove the dash light rheostat (I see how the
assembly comes out of the dash, but not how the knob
comes off the spindle)
- Remove the heater control knob assemblies (I can't
get my hand back up behind the dash to feel around for
clips or anything...)
- Remove the tachometer - the speedo came out easy
because it wasn't really secured in correctly, but I
can't figure out how to get the tach out...

My Haynes manual shows diagrams of the assemblies, but
it seems to be lacking in the detail needed for
someone as thick as I am...

Thanks in advance,
