steering play

Hello Listers,

I'm experiencing some play in the steering of my '75B.

Seem to recall that Paul Hunt of the UK had submitted something on the
problem.
Seems that besides doing the entire rack, there are some minor adjustments
that can be made to tighten up the excess play.

Anyone have any idea? The archives didn't show me the way.
