Can you say six sigma?  Or even ISO 9000.  Do you have any quality system
requirements for your suppliers?  I am sure we are paying for Moss Motors
having you check to see if your suppliers did their jobs.  Also I would like
to volunteer my expertise in elastomers to get your suppliers to quit
selling rubber parts which are such garbage.  It would be worthwhile paying
a 20% material surcharge for the better elastomer which will last a long,
long time. Amazing what we will put up with with very little complaint.
