Everyone "Got" your point, they just didn't feel it was at all valid. I've
owned MGs for probably longer than you've been driving. I speak for many when
I say that just because I'm between MGs at this point doesn't disqualify me
from the MG list, nor does my user name or it's namesake. If I wish to post
about my TR, there are several other lists on which that is more appropriate.
Again, I've never posted TR stuff here. Frankly, you just confuse the issue
with that off-the-wall remark. But equating Asian cars with another British
marque in terms of acceptability to the MG list, well that's just good
entertainment. Thanks for that.
I'm sorry we won't be hearing from you agian on this matter. I was enjoying
it. In fact, my New Year's gift to you is a free shot at the "Snob". I promise
not to respond unless it's MG related and I can contribute in some small
