[Mgs] 1980 Turn Signals

Just purchased 1980 B, turn signals won't function.  Flasher unit is good
and getting power to the flasher.  Hazard flasher works fine.  Turn signal
switch?  How do you check it to see if it is the problem?
 
Need an air emissions filter?  Moss part number 950-230 not available.
