I know enough about CVT tuning to know that no specifics any team would give
me would work for our car. All I would like to know is in GENERAL what weights
and springs seem to work well for Baja applications so my team can order them
and try them out for ourselves. Although I have read up on CVT tuning no one
on my team or myself has ever actually tuned one and since Polaris orders take
a while to come in we would like to buy all of the springs and weights we would
ever need in one sitting. I simply don't want to be in the situation of making
multiple order and waiting weeks because we found we needed a spring or weight.
Conversely i don't want to waste money on weights and springs that will never
work. Obviously no one wants to share their secrets... I wouldn't either but
if you could send us a list of ALL the Polaris weights and springs you have
tested that would help us a lot not with tuning but with ordering.
