Bob Nogueira more than probably is right. It sounds like your started life
as a +4, but is currently is using a 4/4 Series V chassis. Is your car
really a 4-seater? From 1955 (when the Series II 4/4 was introduced) to 1968
(when they started production of the 4/4 1600) there was not a single
production 4-seater 4/4. All 4-seaters in that period were +4s. What is full
engine number coming with your car and what about the gearbox number?
Is your bonnet high or low and does it have louvres on top?
