Several years ago, a friend and I donated time to PCAM and helped
restore an F-86 Saber Jet and an A-26 twin engine bomber. It didn't
last long for me because I realized I had projects at home that needed
as much attention as these old aircraft. Still very interesting. The
Air Show held in August is really very well done. While most of the
planes in the permanent collection are static only the Air Show
attracts many airworthy WWII aircraft. Definitely worth the trip out
there.
