Mike, I have a Hobart mig that I've owned for about 15 years. Have used it
extensively to work aluminum. You have to be careful that the cable to the gun
stays relatively straight, or the feed will fail and you clean up a birds nest
at the drive. You also need mort power to work alloy. John
