This is not really a good test of how flammable something is...  You can do 
the same thing with gasoline.  Try it sometime - outside, small quantity, just 
in case..

It not actually the liquid that burns, it's the vapors.  Lots of vapors in a 
closed 
environment, and when it reaches a critical level, it becomes flammable.
