Steve,
I did mine by lifting one side with a come-along hooked to a garage rafter. I
had a 4X4 that I placed so the wheels landed on it thus preventing the fender
from hitting the floor. I then bolted the trailer to two 2X4s which were in
turn bolted to the garage wall.
I then worked on the trailer bottom in this vertical position. It worked well
