Eric;
I've used 'em for years in refrigeration and A/C mostly for brazing,
some welding.  O2 goes away super-duper quick in cutting mode and real
quick when welding anything thick.
But if you need portability, you can't beat this setup.  
Don't have a clue about refilling.  I just trade in the empties at the
welding suoply house.
