OK, I'm not a professional welder. When I'm using the O/A torch I can cut steel pretty good. Problem is that the metal behind where I'm cutting "globs" up and rejoins. This means that I have to go back and recut. it's pretty messy. What am I doing wrong? Note, I set the O to about 21psi and A to about 7psi. Any ideas?
