Renting a car trailer seems to be a major hassle. They have to
decide if they will rent you a trailer without renting you a truck to
tow it with. They have to declare your tow vehicle to be
worthy. They have to declare the vehicle to be towed to be
worthy. Then they have to actually have one available to rent. Note
that reserving a trailer well in advance has absolutely no effect on
this. They just tell you that some other guy didn't bring it
back. Nothing we can do.
