Just did this this past week, body came off today!!!!
>From your list it seems like you may have missed the four bolts,
two on either side of the the transmission tunnel through the channel
that would be directly under your knees if you were sitting in
the car. If these are what you described in your list then you
also have to remove the bolts through the floor at the bottom
of the radio mount bracket( 2 on each side of trans tunnel).
There are also two 5/16 bolts( one on each side of drive shaft
tunnel) between seat belt mounting bolts and rear shock tower
mounting bolts under carpet.

They say the body can be lifted by four people but
it sure helped having six fifty year olds doing the job!!!
