Hi all,
Just want to tap into the the wealth of experience out in the ether!
I'm thinking of doing a full front end rebuild on sophie ('75 1500), and
have a few questions.
1) are stainless bolts strong enough to be use on suspension?
2) Has anyone used the chrome plated springs that TSSC sells? Are they
good quality?
3) What sort of springs would be good (rating and size) for a fun ride
while not breaking bones on pot holes?
4) I have seen some new style polyurethane bushes advertised in three
ratings (touring, fast road, and racing) anyone tried them?
5) I was also wondering about upgrading to "green stuff" Kevlar brake
pads, anyone used them?
Thanks for any help
Cheers
Tim
