Pacesetter headers are a PITA. Performance is improved,
but unless you're lucky:

- The downtubes either collide with the engine block
or the frame. (bending required)

- You have to remove the starter solenoid and jack up
the engine to install/remove them. (PITA)

- The mounting flange is "file to fit" regardless of
which carb/intake you use. (no big deal)

- ZS intake manifolds collide with the top of the
header tubes near the bend. (filing/grinding/denting req'd)

- The collector doesn't clear the frame where it turns
inward under the footwell. (cutting, bending req'd)

I install/remove exhaust systems several times a year (always
playing) and much prefer the Stainless 4-2-1 system, or even
the stock system (performance notwithstanding). My last
Pacesetter fit so poorly, I sold it immediately.

That's it! It seems some folks either don't know how to turn
"auto-quote" off, or don't realize how many extra lines of
recyled text is down there. The quoted text runs six levels
deep sometimes. Multiply that by Xhundred subscribers and
it adds up.

The new "feature" will be particularly nice for us "digesters" who
have to download and weed through all that b/w to find the new messages.
