WHAT the heck would drilling through the crank journals
have to do with balancing the crank! sounds like the typical
b.s. from a used parts supplier trying to cover their butt!
did you use PayPal to pay! If so...s/h is part of the scheme
so you could/should be able to recoup all your money.
Send the crank back to them c.o.d AFTER working through
PayPal.
