Hmmm... in the middle of rebuilding my '67 MKIII seats....
I realize the p.o. has two of the same side seats in the car!
( the seat backs are 'handed')
So... does anyone have a drivers side seat for a MKIII Spit
they care to sell! (the offset of the backs are towards the center....
BOTH of my seats have the offset to the left..meaning I have two
passenger seats.... right?)
So I need a seat that has the solid steel back, no head rest, used horsehair
as the cushion material, with the the seat back offset to the right, or
towards
the tunnel, to replace the 'current' (and wrong) drivers seat in my '67
MKIII
Spit.
The apolsptry doesn't have to be intact as I have the cushions and covers.
I just need the metal work of the seat.
Anyone? Help!
