Well, thanks to Skip at Shadetree, I got a right hand cold start unit for my
Weber. No more choke cable crimp! Now I have to cut off about 4" of outer
choke cable. Its that heavy duty spiral wound stuff that looks tough as
nails. Any suggestions on how to get a clean cut without harming the inner
cable (which will cut easily with snips)? I was thinking about using a tube
cutter but I'm not sure what limits the spirals will impose. Thought about
a hacksaw too but I doubt if I would get a clean cut (with me doing it
anyway). Suggestions welcome.
