1.Moss Floor Panels - do they finally have an exact match?
No. The origianl bugeye floors was one big piece covering both sides. There
is a supplier in the UK that supplies the original style floor pan. AH Spares
I think. HAve to ask them.

2.My body guy suggested putting an undercoat in the boot area on top of
 fresh paint. Any thoughts?
Why? I assume your not refering to primer. Originally the boot area was
painted...well maybe. Some cars had the underside of the boot lid primed and
not painted, others had color on the underside of the boot lid. In any case
the boot floor area was painted color. The boot floor area is covered with a
jute backed hardura anyway, so why put an undercoating on it. Wouldn't be
original and most likely wouldn't do much in added protection.

3.Any thoughts on undercoating in general? How was it done originally, and
how should it be done now (if at all)? Pros/Cons
Undercoating in the rear wheel wells was applied at the factory. This is the
area of much abuse from the road demons. Apply liberally so that heavy orange
peel is obvious. Then apply color.

4.I will be using PPG paint. Is this a good choice?
Top of the line PPG paints are great. It's the prep that can make or break a
paint job.

5.We will likely sand blast. I still have the option of having it stripped
by hand and chemical methods. Any thoughts? What is the best treatment of
this metal before painting (sealants, epoxy primers, etc.?) Blasting will
weaken the metal. I hand stripped with Aircraft paint remover my first
bugeye. It's a close up lesson on the history of your car. Dipping is not
advised as have heard of the chemical leaking out of crevaces long
after...thus ruining the paint.

6.Also curious on the best order to replace sills, rockers and floors.
Not enough experience in body/metal repair to advise on this. Only suggest
that you temporarily clamp floors in place and check the door seams on both
sides as well as even the bonnet fit. A croacked floor installation will be a
nightmare in getting everything else to line up.
Good luck!
The above is only this one persons opinion
