I have the Vega GT wheels (13x6) with 185/50R13 Yokohama A008RTUs
(yep real old). You have to use spacers especially at the rear. You can
probably get by at the front (although I have interference problems with
sway bar mount on full lock, and the brake line looks like it would rub too)
but you can't get by without them at the rear. The big hole in the middle
is much smaller than sprite centers, and the half-shaft 'bulge' prevents
the wheel from seating. I have 1/2" spacers at the rear. You should use
longer wheel studs if you plan to do this.

Speaking of wheels, again: sometime back, I believe, someone offered
the idea of using Vega wheels on a Midget. Is that a real option?
And if so, can one use the Vega size tires as well? We're talking
RWA midgets. I'm not exactly ready to do so, but I have fond
memories of my Vega's wheels and tires and the idea of combining that
old car with my Little Guy is tempting. I seem to recall some
problems with the lug nut threads?
