Back in the dim mists of time, or maybe last summer, a list member
(Larry?) recommended adding a zerk fitting to the side of the lower a-arm
that was lacking.  Since I have the front end up in preparation for new
bushings and brake hoses, inter alia, I'll probably do the same.

I also add grease to my permanently lubricated tie-rods via one of them
there needle thingamabob attachments.  It may or may have an impact, but
it does makes me feel better.
