Sealing frame members

Anyone know of a product that will flow like honey and seep into seams then 
hardening to a flexible consistency?  I want to pour something into my frame 
rails and sills to seal the seams without plugging my drain holes.  It seems 
my seams are not sealing but seeping into the cockpit when it does rain in 
Dallas.
