...doubtful, but I have a third light on mine anyway.

In the late 60's, I spent 6 weeks one summer touring the US in my Bugeye.
When I first arrived in San Francisco, (before I lived here) one of my
first stops was to see Chinatown. Sitting at a stoplight, I found myself
between the car at the light, and a Foremost two trailer semi-truck. It was
one of those Mac's with the long snout. Well, he couldn't see me at all and
apparently forgot I was even there. Thinking he was closing the gap, he
began to crawl forward toward the car in front of me. Dispite the fact that
I had all four wheels locked up and had my air horn blasting, he proceeded
to push me. With all four tires protesting and my leg straining to press
the brake that much harder, I had visions of the crushers that make cars
into little cubes! Fortunately he stopped as my fog lamps made contact with
the car on front of me, but he still managed to collapse my rear overrider
bars and put a nice dent in the boot. The consequences of this episode kept
me in town for several days and led to a chain of events that is quite a
long story... (includes hippies, lawyers, cats and a fleabag hotel)
fortunately with a happy (but dented) end(ing).

I always hate being out in traffic in that thing and can never believe how
close people will ride my rear bumper... especially those SUV drivers with
a Latte in one hand and a cell phone in the other!
