Robert,

Clean the grease off of the seal and window frame.  Then pick up some 
"Sil-Glyde" at your local auto parts place, Pep Boys for instance. Use the 
Sil-Glyde on the seal and the frame, just enough to get a layer on the 
surfaces.  Unless the seal is way out, it should slide right through the 
frame with no problems.
