Allen,
This reminds me of the Monty Python sketch in which a man was unable to 
pronounce
the letter "c".

It was suggested, that since he could pronounce the letter "k" that he just
substitute the letter "k" for the letter "c".

The man with the difficulty then inquired: "You mean spell "bolor" with the
letter "k", "kolor"?
