    As an attorney who sometimes has to find divers and sundry "deadbeats" for
one reason or another, if you're out there, you can be found.  The net makes it
a little bit easier, but all it takes is one phone call. Assume that anything
you put on the net becomes public knowledge.  This also includes anything
listed in your local phone book, anything listed with the county recorder or
assessor, and anything done through the court system.  Some of these resources
can be accessed through the net.  They are all public record.
