Headlight switch 70 Midget

Grrrrr......*%$@*%$#!!!!!   Now that Ive that outta my system....how the
heck does one remove the panel headlight switch?  I can sort of see a little
wire bail;  I thought I released it but I can get the switch about 1/4" out
but it wont come further as tho Im still fighting the spring(s?).  I am not
young, have a bad back and am not having fun yet!  Help.  Larry Cogan
