You will have some fun trying to unscrew that fulcrum pin - the
threaded portion of the pin is the load bearing surface and wears
non concentrically and is usually impossible to extricate. Fire
and brimstone required.

In the end you may have to exchange the lower arm and swivel axle
together for a rebuilt unit. Maybe Moss? - memory thinning.
