Alix,

I know nothing of Steve Barlow and his company, but I would find it hard to 
believe that he/they would do anything other than excellent work.

In viewing the photos of British bikes he's restored, pay close attention to 
the shop area.  It's spotless!  You may not always be able to judge by this, 
but it's generally a good rule of thumb.
