I'm the first to admit that wiring isn't my forte, but it's got to be
easier than this. Here's the problem. 1971 Midget. The wiring diagrams
in two different books that I have show the same thing, the lower
(larger) section of the tail lights are the brake/tail lights and the
upper (smaller section) is the turn signals. HOWEVER, the lower socket
will only accept single filament (prongs opposite each other) and the
upper socket only accepts double filament ( prongs offset), which makes
the scenerio in the diagram impossible. Am I reading the diagram wrong,
and which lights are really suppose to but where? Sigh!
