I met a person at a Fresno show that dropped a twin cam toy engine in a
bug-i this weekend. It goes like a rocket. Because he lives in the
mountains the 948 didn't cut it. So, he dropped this large four cyl.
engine in her and it does great. It was a real clean installation too.
He didn't even cut out the tunnel/hump. It also had the toy 5
speed. He had a slanted V8 radiator in front like the Vet's use.

I'm trying to get him to join the list, will have to wait and see. He
was a little concerned because the car wasn't stock. So if a newbie
show's up with a strange Bug-i don't flame him as he has been flamed on
a few too many times and is a little sensitive. BTW I told him the guys
didn't care if you had the wrong engine. Infect, I told him some would
like to see a few pic's and maybe a how you did it. Real clean, didn't
have my camera for a pic.
