Briefly, yes.

Get the package that has varioius types and thicknesses and you're all set.
A few well chosen pieces of brass tubing from the K&S metals rack, with the
inside edge sharpened by the twist of an exacto blade gives you a good dirt
cheap set of hole punches that will make great bolt holes in your homemade
gaskets.
