New panels

An unrelated question:

On my ( 1000 piece ) Sprite, there are many panels that need replacing.
Lower rear fenders, sills, floors, outer kick panels, a-posts and a few
other parts.

What is the proper order of things?
1. sills
2. a-posts
3. kick panels
4. floors

Would the rear fenders be first or last ( or where )?
