Thanks for all the replys.
The radiator pipe was in backwards.
The headlight problem was a stuck flash switch on the column.
The contact was bent. A quick bend with a screw driver and all is well.
Well sort of, I need an engine, tranny, and I have to find out what
bubbled the paint in the middle of the bonnet.
It's looking more and more like a parts car real soon.
