I can't tell you that, but I can tell you the reverse of that.

Antique auto parts are duty free coming into Canada from the states.
Ideally, the package is marked as such on the outside and is not shipped
UPS, who charge a Customs clearance fee.  ( about $35, if I remember that
experience properly.)
