What I should have said was that the cap was working properly because it was
releasing at around 212 degrees, but this is only after the car is shut down and
is sitting there getting hotter.   It does not pee antifreeze at 212F while it 
is
running.  I am also running a 25 percent antifreeze solution with Watter Wetter.
