I finally found a data sheet on the PPG DP epoxy primer:

Looks like the stuff that was mentioned yesterday, but reading it reveals that
it needs a catalyst, which tells me I'd need an air compressor and a paint gun,
which I don't have (yet).
Is there something similar in a spray can?
Alternatively, is there a good paint sprayer available that will also handle
house paint? (knowing the house needs to be painted too, and my wife suggested
we get a sprayer for that....)
