Great stuff but you have to pay very close attention to temperature.  The old 
"that's close enough" will make the largest, most expensive, sorriest mess 
you'll have in your adult life.

True!  Epoxy paint is like epoxy anything else--at least two parts mixed 
together for the result.  This brings us to the next question:

No.

Two very different types of paint and rates of application.  If I had to buy 
one to do both (shudder!!!!) I'd buy the automotive type which will produce a 
great job on a car w/ automotive
products.  It will look terrible w/ house paint, if it works at all, but won't 
look bad except on your house and not the "house show" where your buddies will 
laugh and make fun of you.
Seriously, get one of those house sprayers at Home Depot, or somewhere similar, 
for $75 but never use it w/ automotive paint products.
