A more controlled way of pressurising the master is to get a bicycle
inner tube, cut it in half. One end goes over the open master cylinder
top, fastened with a tight rubber band. Opposite end folds over 2 or 3
times to seal it and fastens with a second rubber band or bulldog
clip.

You now have what is technically known as a Monty.

Now Pump up the Python it with a few strokes of an ordinary cycle pump
and then get under and bleed that valve. Just mind the m/c dosn't run
dry.
