Newly rebuilt including all synchronizers, bearings, etc. with less then
5,000 miles on it. No speedshifting or any type of abusive use....ever! This
one was rebuilt about 5000 miles ago and the syncros were not replaced as
they looked brand new. After grinding when cold for 2000 miles I tore it
down again and replaced the syncros. I also switched to Redline at this
time. Still no joy. Now I just live with it.
