A Heritage certificate takes about 10 days to 2 weeks to receive in the US.
That was my experience in the US (west coast) about 5 years ago. I faxed
them payment by credit card which expedited matters.  (I actually received
it within 1 week) If you do things via regular mail, of course it will take
longer. Cost used to be #25, but that was then. I believe it is more now.
