Bill,
     Clean them with a little sandpaper and a light coat of Kopr-Shield from
Eastwood.  (www.eastwoodcompany.com)   It is made from copper and comes in paste
form with a brush built into the cap.  It will prevent further corrosion and it
actually helps conductivity also.  Can also be used as an antisieze on manifold
bolts, etc.
