Thread-topic: On British Car Magazine
Dear LBC fans and others, call me anal about this if you wish, but I'm an
English car lover, specifically Healeys but all LBCs in general. I bought my
first LBC in 1961 at age 18 and I've totally hooked since then. While I have
nothing against any other car make world-wide or the activities their fans
enjoy, I have treasured a publication that was focused entirely on what
mattered to me, i.e., LBCs only. It's probably not fair to presuppose that my
personal enjoyment will be diminished by the upcoming meld. Hopefully the LBC
content will be enhanced instead of reduced. Gary has produced a fine magazine
and I salute him and his staff for their good work. I don't intend to insult
anyone or the cars they love, just my 2-cents worth.
Jack
