It's possible, but not easy.  A major dependence is whether or not you have
big hands, and whether or not you are able/willing to lie backwards up under
the dash.  I'm a bit claustrophobic, so for me that was hard.

If I remember correctly, I pulled the driver's seat to make it easier to get
into the footwell.
