Yeah, I can relate. I did the yellow Bugeye the first time back in 88 
with stripper. Never again! Now I use sandpaper and an air powered 
machine. It turns a weeks worth of work into a day.
Of course I did have the A40 media blasted but that relates to checkbook 
restoration.
