Re: Header Wrap....

My headers have been wrapped for 15 years. I used the excess to line the 
inside of the heat shield between the headers and carbs. Check your timeing, 
mixture, thermostat, and have the radiator and heater core flushed, but don't 
glue 
a piece of your house to your car. My Texas 1380 burns rubber, not water or 
home sideing.
