Ha! That is exactly it, since as you point out, the badges are the only
differences.
Anyway, a Lexus is only a Toyota that has been smartened up a bit!

  Cool, so for my next commuter car I think I'll buy a Kia and put Lexus
badges on it!  The badges will probably cost as much as the car, but think of
